The PP Approach

your body in correct alignment by maintaining the natural curves of your spine
when sitting, standing or lying down. It is essential in the prevention of back

conditioning technique that focuses on training the core postural muscles that
work to keep the body balanced. Joseph Pilates developed the Pilates exercise
method over his lifetime (1880-1967). He believed mental and physical health
